Best TOTO Toilet with Bidet

In this era, those who know about bidets are making it part of their lives. While it is one thing to own the best TOTO bidet washlet, it’s completely another thing to purchase the best TOTO toilet bidet combo for your home. This simply means that the user has used a TOTO bidet seat (or anyone from the reputable bidet seat brands), loved it, and then decided to upgrade.

While TOTO toilets and their washlets are undeniably among the best on the market, a good number of American homes aim to own them. A TOTO bidet toilet combo and any other bidet toilet combo are usually more expensive than the bidet toilet seat. This is why you should make the right choice when purchasing.

That’s why I created this buying guide to help you select the best TOTO toilet with washlet that is recently been available in the market and comes with great value.

TOTO G400

Toto MS920CEMFG#01 1.28-GPF/0.9-GPF Washlet with...
  • WASHLET bidet seat toilet with integrated dual flush toilet with 3D Tornado Flush technology
  • Front and rear warm water cleanse with five adjustable temperature and pressure settings
  • The CEFIONTECT glaze and PreMist function gives the toilet bowl a lubricious quality that helps prevent waste from adhering

One of the TOTO toilets with a washlet that is classic and comes with every modern touch is the TOTO G400. It is likewise called the “TOTO MS920CEMFG#01 1.28-GPF/0.9-GPF Washlet with Integrated Toilet”. This TOTO bidet combo completely changed the design of my bathroom. Every structure is done within. It does not come with a toilet tank. Therefore, make your bathroom more modern.

Its creative, minimalist yet stylish design and functions are more of the reason it made the first on my list of the best TOTO toilets with washlets. When compared to other comparable brands in the market, the price is fair enough for its many features.

Functions

This toilet comes in a universal height, which makes it compatible with anyone as they can make use of it, regardless of their height. The lid automatically opens when I am approaching it and closes as soon as I am done. Thus, expect it to open even if you approach your bathroom to brush your teeth. Before a user makes use of this toilet, the CEFIONTECT glaze and PREMIST feature automatically activate.

This feature wets the bowl of the toilet, which prevents feces from sticking to the bowl. I must tell you that almost all TOTO washlets and toilets with washlets come with PREMIST technology. However, the Cefiontect Glaze technology is mostly found in advanced TOTO toilets with washlets.

While the bowl of this toilet bowl is made of vitreous China of a ceramic texture, the seat is made of durable plastic. The two great features that made me love this product are the dual max 3D tornado flush and its high ADA compatibility (very suitable for those with disabilities).

The dual max of the 3D tornado flush gives you the privilege to choose between flushing at 0.9 or 1.28 gallons. Either one you choose, this technology makes flushing way easier and faster. Thus, contributing to less usage of water.

Pros
  • Fair price for the features
  • It is ADA compliant
  • Comes with a 3D tornado flush
  • The tornado flushing is dual-max of either 1.28 gallons per flush or 0.9 gallons per flush
  • Self-cleaning oscillating nozzle with front and rear wash
  • Cefiontect glaze function for less cleaning
  • The seat is heated
  • There is also a continuous warm water supply
  • The lid automatically opens and closes
  • Its height is universal
  • Classic and skirted design
  • Beginners-friendly
  • User can air dry after every wash
  • Ability to adjust the temperature of the heated water and heated seat
  • Additionally, the user can alter the pressure of the water flow to up to five settings
  • Premist function
  • Air deodorizer
  • It comes with an external remote control
Cons
  • Sometime, the Cefiontect glaze might perform less, which will require you to wash your bowl after using the toilet.

TOTO WASHLET+ Aquia IV S550e

TOTO MW4463056CEMG#01 WASHLET+ Aquia IV Two-Piece...
  • WASHLET+ bidet seat and toilet, specially designed to conceal the WASHLET water supply and power cord for seamless integration
  • EWATER+ is a safe and powerful compound, cleaning the wand and bowl after every use
  • DYNAMAX TORNADO FLUSH dual flush technology: powerfully and quietly reaches every part of the bowl with 1.28 or 0.8 gallons per flush

Another TOTO toilet with a washlet that comes with great value is the two-piece elongated TOTO Aquia IV. If you love the TOTO G400, but the price seems above your budget, then this TOTO bidet toilet combo could be an option for you.

This toilet bidet combo falls in the TOTO washlet+ or washlet plus category. What I mean by saying washlet+ or washlet (whichever way you call it) is that this TOTO toilet comes with an existing washlet seat model. That is, the toilet comes with the usual TOTO washlet seat. Thus, this type of TOTO toilet with washlet traditionally comes with either a C100, C200, or S300 up to the premium S550e seat styling.

The critical design feature of all the washlet+ is the concealed pipe connection, which boasts the neat appearance of the toilet. I noticed that this one is unlike the conventional ones, where all the pipe connections are apparent.

As it comes with the S550e washlet+, you should expect multiple functionalities as the S550e is the highest model in the washlet seat category. Aside from the washlet+, I find TOTO toilet to be durable. It comes with a twofold flushing functionality of 1.28 and 0.8 GPF that not only aids in dual quick flushing but also saves water, which is what I love about this.

Thus, you get to choose the one that you prefer when you want to flush. The design is also skirted as it is well-structured and most especially comes with a minimalist outlook. Additionally, the supply connection, which is well concealed, adds to the design.

Functions

I was happy to know that the flushing system is not just a tornado flushing system but also has a “Dynamax” function. This also aids in doubling up on the quick flushing of the toilet and saving water. When I walk in, to use the toilet at night, the LED light and the automatic open and closing lid make it easy to use. To prevent any stickiness on the toilet bowl, the Cefiontect and the PREMIST function helped me a lot.

One thing I didn’t like about this TOTO toilet with a washlet (and almost all washlets plus) is the fact that it does not come with a flush option on the remote control. For this toilet, it means you have to continually reach for the chrome push-button on top of the toilet tank to flush the toilet since it does not come with a side flushing feature. For some of you, this may not be a problem, unlike users who may want everything automated.

Pros
  • The connection supply is well concealed
  • Well skirted design
  • Automatic opening and closing lid
  • White LED illuminating night light
  • Dynamax tornado flushing system
  • Heated seat
  • Tankless immediate heated water supply
  • Quiet flushing
  • Ewater+ technology
  • Premist features
  • Pulsing wands for the front and the rear that self-cleans
  • Five settings for controlling the heated seat, warm water temperature, and flow of the water.
  • Warm air dryer
  • External remote control
  • Deodorizer
Cons
  • Reaching the chrome flush button might be tasking as no flush option on the remote control

TOTO WASHLET+ Vespin II S300e

TOTO MW474574CEFG#01 WASHLET+ Vespin II Two-Piece...
  • WASHLET+ bidet seat and toilet, specially designed to conceal the WASHLET water supply and power cord
  • EWATER+: a safe and powerful compound, cleaning the wand and bowl after every use
  • 1.28 gallons per flush TORNADO FLUSH system with CEFIONTECT glaze to reduce bowl friction

Another TOTO toilet on my list with a washlet model that has exciting features as well is the Vespin II. This two-piece elongated sink also runs in the family of the washlet+ and not the integrated ones. As this model comes with the usual S300e styling, I like that it has all the features present in the S300e TOTO washlet seat.

Aside from the features that come with the elongated S300e TOTO toilet and a heated seat, the toilet also has embedded structures for other functionality. I think most of you will find the price fair. The S300e is not the highest TOTO washlet seat on the market. Therefore, I feel the price is okay for its functions, but at the same time, it can be too high for those on a budget.

Functions

For the design, you shouldn’t expect anything extraordinary or spectacular. The S300e washlet+ is not only not bulky but leveled. While it does not come with an automatic open and close lid, which I would’ve loved, the lid soft-closes. This means there is no annoying slamming of the toilet seat.

While the height of this TOTO toilet with washlet is universal, it also comes with tornado flushing technology. The flushing system is in-line with its improved 1.28 gallons of water per flush.

Pros
  • The height of the toilet is universal
  • Oscillating self-cleaning nozzle with rear and front wash
  • Warm water supply
  • Cefiontect glaze technology
  • Tornado flushing system with 1.28 gallons of water per flush
  • The seat soft-closes
  • Satisfactory for disables
  • Heated seat
  • Adjustable water and heated seat temperature
  • Also, water pressure is adjustable to five settings
  • Premist and Ewater+ features
  • Deodorizer
  • External remote control
Cons
  • No LED night light
  • There is also no automatic open and close

TOTO WASHLET+ Carlyle II S350e

TOTO MW614584CEFG#01 WASHLET+ Carlyle II One-Piece...

Another one of the TOTO toilets with washlet plus that comes with great value is the WASHLET+ Carlyle II S350e. Its design may not seem more minimalist like the G400, but I can assure that its reliable functionalities can be compared to that of the G400 and even the superior washlet S550e in its category.

This one-piece TOTO washlet+ Carlyle II 1.28 GPF comes in an elongated design. I find it very compatible with the C100, C200, S300e, and the S350e washlet or washlet+. However, the combo with the highest benefit is the S350 washlet+. Therefore, have that in mind when purchasing.

Also, the heated seat is not colossal as the water heating system is tankless and as well as instantaneous, like every other premium TOTO washlet. Thus you don’t have to wait for your water to heat up before use.

Functions

For this TOTO toilet with washlet, you should expect all the features in the S350e TOTO washlet, which can be very beneficial. When I used it, I noticed that its tornado flush aids quick flushing with 1.28 gallon per flush. It also comes with a CEFIONTECT glaze that helps prevent sticky feces in your toilet bowl.

The height of the towel is universal, thus it will be comfortable for anyone. The toilet is also suitable for those with disabilities. It is because the S350e washlet+ not only comes with remote control for easy accessibility; the design is leveled and less bulky as well. For a user who is on the larger side, the Carlyle II washlet+ S350e one-piece TOTO bidet toilet combo is also good optimal.

Pros
  • The supply connection is concealed
  • Tornado flushing system with 1.28 gallons for each flush
  • It comes with a premist and Ewater+ technology
  • Cefiontect glaze technology
  • The self-cleaning wand comes with front and rear wash and pulses when cleaning
  • The seat comes with a LED night light
  • Deodorizer
  • The height is universal
  • Users can customize the warm water temperature and flow to five settings
  • A heated seat that is customizable
  • Air dryer that can customize
  • Automatic opening and closing lid
  • Heated seat
  • Compatible for elders and those with disabilities
  • Also, there is an available external remote
Cons
  • Installation can be very confusing

TOTO C200 WASHLET+ UltraMax II

TOTO MW6042044CEFG#01 WASHLET+ UltraMax II One-Piece...
  • WASHLET+ bidet seat and toilet, specially designed to conceal the WASHLET water supply and power cord
  • PREMIST- using incoming water supply, a misting of the toilet bowl is performed before each use to help prevent waste from adhering
  • Front and rear warm water washing with five adjustable temperature and pressure controls. Oscillating or pulsing stream option

The UltraMax II one-piece elongated is one of the TOTO toilets with a washlet that is quite budget-friendly. Accroding to me, the seat of the toilet is the same model as that of a single C200. Therefore, you should expect all the features in the C200 model.

I can say that what makes the price of the TOTO C200 fair to other TOTO toilets with washlet is the fewer features it has. It is among the beginner-advanced TOTO washlets. Even with the few features, it still functions appropriately.

Functions

This TOTO toilet combo comes with a tornado flush of 1.28 gallons per flush for an effective quick flush. However, I found in the reviews that some users have complained that its flushing tends to be kind of slow. That is, it requires an extra flush. While for some users, it’s the opposite. Aside from this possible downside, this toilet with washlet was very easy to use for me.

It also comes with a universal height and Cefiontect glaze that helps in the prevention of feces from glazing on the toilet bowl. While it may not come with an automatic open and close lid, the lid soft closes, even as a basic TOTO washlet. Thus, the toilet seat does not slam.

Pros
  • An external wireless remote control
  • Premist function
  • Cefiontect feature
  • 1.28 GPF tornado flush
  • Warm water supply
  • Air dryer
  • Deodorizer
  • Self-cleaning oscillating wand with front and rear wash
  • Universal Heights
  • ADA compliant
  • Heated seat
  • Modifiable water and seat temperature and also the water pressure
Cons
  • No LED light
  • The seat doesn’t automatically open or close
  • There is no Ewater+ feature
  • Might require to flush twice

TOTO WASHLET+ Drake II

TOTO MW454574CEFG#01 WASHLET+ Drake II Two-Piece...

Drake toilet has always been one of TOTO’s good models. I felt lucky to know that there is an option for purchase for users who want this TOTO model with a washlet. This TOTO toilet with washlet is a two-piece model with an elongated seat version. As it comes with the S300e, all its functions are the same as the standard TOTO S300e washlet.

The S300e washlet has useful features in it as a washlet. However, the updated S350e features are more supplementary than that. Nevertheless, if you don’t want a bulky seat, this can also be a good option. This is because the heated water supply is tankless.

Functions

The Tornado flushing system functions with it 1.28 gallons per flush. This helped me a lot in quick flushing. Moreover, to flush the toilet, you have to use the flushing lever on the tank side. While it also comes with an overall height, it is also ADA-compliant.

The EWater+ is also available; I notice this EWater+ technology in all advanced TOTO washlets. What this technology does is transform the water safely to maintain the bowl of the toilet cleanly. Aside from the flushing, to control all the functions of this TOTO washlet+, I love that the external remote control has all the buttons for it.

Pros
  • 1.28 gallons per flush tornado flushing system
  • Universal height
  • The supply connection is concealed
  • Ewater+ technology
  • Premist function
  • Air deodorizer
  • Warm heated seat
  • Tankless warm water supply
  • Self-cleaning nozzle with rear and front wash
  • Warm dryer function
  • Cefiontect glaze for the bowl
  • Soft closing lid
  • Customizable five settings for the spray pressure and temperature
  • External remote control
  • It is also ADA complaint
Cons
  • No LED night light
  • Non-automatic open and close

TOTO WASHLET+ Vespin II C200

TOTO MW4742044CEFG#01 WASHLET+ Vespin II Two-Piece...

The Vespin II two-piece elongated 1.28GPF is another excellent budget-friendly piece on my list if you are considering buying a TOTO bidet toilet combo. It comes with the C200, which does not have many features when I compared it to a premium bidet seat. Yet, its medium functionality is remarkable.

Also, being a two-piece design with an elongated bowl, you should expect the C200 toilet seat to be of an elongated model too. The whole design of the toilet is not that “exceptionally classic.” However, I find its design is skirted and fitted. The C200 washlet may seem bulky for some users because of the bulked heating tank system. Nevertheless, if you don’t mind about this, then you are good to go.

Functions

It was easy for me to use the Vespin II two-piece elongated C200 TOTO toilet with a heated seat because the C200 model is among the basic models of TOTO washlets.

The toilet comes with 1.28 gallons of flush and also a tornado flushing system. This helped me a lot in reducing water usage. It does not come with a chrome push-button on top of the toilet tank. Instead, it has the traditional level handle by the side of the tank. This TOTO toilet with washlet also comes with an external remote control that controls all the functions of the heated seat, which is a good addition, according to me.

Pros
  • The seat lid soft-closes
  • It connection supply is concealed
  • Heated Warm water available
  • Tornado flushing system with 1.28 gallons per flush
  • ADA compliant
  • Front and rear washing nozzle that self-cleans
  • CEFIONTECT glaze feature
  • Premist
  • The seat is heated
  • Air dryer
  • Deodorizer
  • External remote control
  • Ability to adjust the temperature of the seat and water pressure to five settings
  • The toilet seat is also universal
Cons
  • The seat lid does not automatically open and close
  • There is also no LED light
  • No Ewater+ technology

TOTO Neorest 550H Bidet Toilet Combo

TOTO MS982CUMG#01 Neorest 550H with Ewater+...
  • Cyclone siphon jet flushing system, ultra-high efficiency (1.0GPF/3.8LPF and 0.8GPF/3.0LPF)
  • Washlet cleansing with three modes (front, rear, soft)
  • SanaGloss ceramic glaze

The TOTO MS982CUMG#01 Neorest 550H is not a washlet+ but an integrated TOTO toilet with a washlet. It is mostly similar to the TOTO G400 that I mentioned above. Thus, its appearance is classic, skirted, and very advanced. However, this TOTO bidet combo is more expensive, unlike the G400.

This product is the customary floor-mounted styling and comes with an elongated seat. Using this toilet was easy for me by using the external wireless remote that comes with it. If you purchase this toilet, I would advise you to read the user manual that comes with it. This aids in a better understanding of how to use it.

Functions

I find its tornado flushing system super active with the cyclone siphon jet flushing system. What this function does is hold extra water in the toilet until the user initiates a flush. When I press the flush button, the stored water pulls like a vacuum and increases the pressure of the flush for a faster flush.

This jet flushing system is ultra-high proficiency; it varies from 1.0GPF/3.8LPF to 0.8GPF/3.0LPF. Thus, one of my favorite feature. It also comes with TOTO’s popular EWater+ technology that wets the bowl with electrolyzed water. This helped me in reducing the need for cleaning the toilet bowl with severe cleaning chemicals. Coupled with this is also an available Cefiontect glaze feature.

Pros
  • Cyclone Siphon jet tornado flushing system
  • Cefiontect glaze
  • Effective 1.0GPF/3.8LPF and 0.8GPF/3.0LPF flush
  • Ewater+ technology
  • An oscillating nozzle with three (front, rear and soft) washing modes
  • Modifiable spray position
  • Air dryer
  • ADA compliant
  • External remote control
  • Automatically open and close lid
  • Automatic flushing
  • LED night light on the toilet
  • Deodorizer
  • Warm water supply
  • The seat is also heated
  • A modifiable temperature of the heated seat
Cons
  • A little bit expensive

Buying Guide for TOTO Toilets with Bidet

How to Install a TOTO Toilet with Bidet

If you have ever installed a toilet before, the installation of any one of these TOTO toilets with heated seats might be easy for you. Most notably, the TOTO toilet with washlet plus will be easy to install because it’s almost the same as installing a regular toilet.

However, if you have previously installed a toilet before, want to install the integrated TOTO toilet, or want a clean job, it is best to get a professional plumber who is experienced in it to avoid wasting money.

The installation process on the manual that comes along with the TOTO washlet+ or integrated toilet can help a lot. Nevertheless, here is a YouTube video from Sean’s Trans that could also help for visual understanding.

How to Use a TOTO Toilet with Bidet

If you happen to purchase a TOTO toilet with a washlet that does not have automatic flushing, it will require you to flush the toilet manually, like every other toilet. That is, by either pulling the lever handle by the side of the toilet tank or pressing the chrome button on the top of the toilet tank.

However, the washing, drying, and other functions of a bidet in a TOTO toilet require the use of a remote. The notable fun side of using a TOTO bidet toilet combo, according to me, is the external wireless remote, which makes using it easy. On the remote control are icons, as well as written words that describe each of its functions.

Below is an explanatory video from TOTO that explains all the functions of the washlet remote.

Does it Require Electricity? How Much Electricity Does it Use?

As all the TOTO toilet with washlet provides warm water, heated seat, and other electrical functions; thus, it requires electricity. Although almost all TOTO products have energy-saving features, which aid in the management of electricity consumption.

Generally, the use of a bidet or bidet combo can incur an additional bill of about 70-80 dollars per year. However, this amount can be reduced if you turn off most of its functions when you are not using it. This could be the deodorizer or the heated seat. Or you can even reduce its temperature.

Why Is It Expensive? Any Alternative?

One of the reasons why the integrated toilets with bidets come at high prices is the top modernized designs, which also come with more automated features. The TOTO washlet plus also leans towards higher rates for its similar functions but not as high as the integrated ones.

The improved flushing systems and the concealed designs which expose fewer pipes and connections are also other reasons why these toilets tend to be expensive.

However, if you are seeking something similar at a lower price, then you might want to buy any one of the improved TOTO washlets seats for your existing toilet (if you already have a toilet). Or you can also purchase a regular standard toilet, then buy a bidet seat.

Things You Should Consider When Buying a TOTO Toilet with Bidet

To make the right choice when choosing a TOTO toilet with a heated seat, there are essential things you need to have in mind or consider. These are:

Designs

Even though this may not apply to those going for the integrated TOTO bidet toilet combo but to those purchasing the TOTO washlet+. Decide if you will be going for a TOTO toilet heated seat with a two-piece design or a one-piece design.

In as much as many toilet users may be familiar with the two-piece toilet, you should know that the one-piece toilet accommodates less space and is easy to maintain and clean. Nonetheless, it still weighs down on the design as the user preference.

Shapes

Another point, I believe, you should consider is if you want an elongated TOTO toilet with a washlet or ones that come in a round shape. While some users may prefer an elongated TOTO toilet with a washlet because of the extra inches in the front, which makes it longer; others may not mind. The point is that choosing the choice of the toilet shape also depends on the user.

Note: Most TOTO washlet combos come in elongated shapes.

Functionalities and Maintenance

Another point that should contribute to your purchasing power is the functionality that comes with the toilet combo.

Does the toilet combo have all the features you want? While some users may not mind having a TOTO combo that does not come with an LED light, others may want to have every feature in it. Finally, keep in mind that you should go for the TOTO toilet with a washlet that comes with easy maintenance.
